No, the DVDs are exactly the same in the 2002/3 sets - except the
boxset order has changed.
If you can hold off until late 2005, there will be 5.1 remastered sets
coming out (no doubt to tie in with Bond 21 in cinemas and "just in
time for Xmas").

No, there are no known plans to release them individually. Although,
this could change of course - but don't hold your breath. For some
reason MGM HE in the US seem to like their boxsets - to shift the
poorer titles in higher numbers?
