No, in "Attorney General", "Attorney" is the noun and "General" an
adjective describing the noun.
Ignoring the fact that "motherfucker" is a single word, if it were two,
then "Fucker" is the noun and "Mother" the object of the verb whose
action is ascribed to the noun.
