Just to make this on topic: Heinlein didn't title anything with Earth
followed by (fill in the blank with whatever you want). The alphabetical
list of works in Gifford's A Reader's Companion goes from "Double Star"
to "Elsewhen".

On Earth Day Eve my wife and I were watching CBC
News. "Next: What Canada is doing for Earth Day"
came up on screen. We looked at each other and
cracked up.
