I'm guessing he was sick, but "natural causes" was cited without
specifics.

Well, take care Danno ... and say Aloha to the rest of the cast when
you get there.

Indeed ... he was the last of the original cast to go too.

It seems strange somehow that it started 42 years ago. It may be a
sign of my age.
