I don't know if this has been done before, if it has sorry for the repeat.

What if anything would you like to see after book seven? More potter
stories? Me I think it would be cool to read about other people in the
universe potter exists in. I think that would be cool. Maybe "Hogwarts A
History" finaly in print. Assuming potter lives after book seven, post
hogwarts years. I like those types of fan-fics. I read one on GT.net that
was cool, about harry getting a kid from his cousin, that one was well
written and was a fresh take on the potter universe. I can get the direct
link to it if ya want. So what are your thoughts afh-p? What would you
like to see become of the potter world?

Are you reading the sequel? It's not bad either, so far.

i'd like to see what happens at Hogwarts starting the year after Harry
graduates.

Somone on the HP msg board at warnerbros.com asked what people thought
of a HP cartoon. I suggested an anime-quality show based on the above
idea.

I would really like to see Hogwarts a history. Specifically about the
founders, assuming much more info about them isn't given in the next 3
books. Who knows what might happen though. With the books getting bigger and
bigger by book 7 it might split up into its own trilogy!

An encyclopedia of all things Harry. Talking about all the characters
we meet (students, teachers, ghosts, founders), spells, potions,
timeline of major events, etc. More on the first war with V. The
marauders time at Hogw.rts

Would definitely like to see 'Hogwarts A History' in print that would be
good and perhaps a Harry Potter Encyclopaedia giving timelines and character
bio's sort of like a paper copy of the HP Lexicon site but 'canon' rather
than best guess from interviews etc... :-)

May be a series of books about James and the Marauders..... nah that would
be too Star Wars ;-)

"Blank Slate" made me think it would be really fun to see Snape married to
Hermione and having kids while they both live and work in the castle
(inspired some material in "May" of SMALLEST SLYTHERIN which is not posted
yet). All the faculty, especially Dumbledore, would be just delighted to
have little ones running around, and everybody's tendency to spoil them
would drive Snape nuts...

I agree, a book about the original founders sounds wonderful. And so
does "the adventures of Albus Dumbledore" as someone suggested in an
earlier thread.

I think Harry's life after Hogwarts will be pretty dull. (even duller
if he does die at the end of book 7 )

Yea anime HP would rock !!!

I think following him after school would be cool, but I think it would be
better to pick up say 5 years later, and with that book take the first 2 or
3 chapters to fill you in upto date and start a new series from there.

That would be a sweet story line to pick up in other parts of the wizard
world and harry pop's up as a dark mark hunter.

I like the seeker part as well so imo either would work great.

I suggested that to a friend, he said that could be a series on its own. I
would have to agree.

I've a feeling someone else is going to post this, but... Snape is old
enough already to be Hermione's *father*. And schools tend to take a
very dim view of teacher-pupil liaisons...

Schools don't have 'faculty', just as their students don't 'graduate' :-)
The normal term is 'staff'.

I suppose the reason so many Snapefic writers pair him up with Hermione is
that she's really the only choice unless you're going to introduce an
original character. In the long run, I don't see the age difference being
a problem because of how long wizards live. In the short run, yeah, I
could see Snape getting frustrated rather often with being the only adult
in the relationship.
