Trailer released during MTV's Total Request Live, 5:24 pm, May 28:

Crystal ball closeup – apparently it's the distant image of Sirius
(Gary Oldman) mouthing "Harry Potter..." in a slow whisper

Trelawney's [2nd] prediction: "...HE WILL RETURN TONIGHT...AND
INNOCENT BLOOD SHALL BE SPILLED ONCE MORE..." spoken as if with a sore
throat

Long covered bridge – the place where Lupin converses with Harry about
dementors and his friends James & Lily; also part of the route that
time-travelers Harry & Hermione take from the castle to Hagrid's hut

Close-up of flying dementor during Quidditch – there's a hole in its
hood to reveal a shapeless mouth. No reason to lift up such a hood to
administer a Kiss...

Harry's fall thru the rain clouds – Quidditch pitch is miles beneath
him... has the game ever heard of helmets or parachutes?

"Come out, come out and play!!" – this dialogue may or may not
originate from Sirius during the brief clip where he advances in the
trio's direction, addressing either Ron or an exposed Wormtail, with
Lupin standing by and Snape just entering the room

"Are you going to kill me, Harry?" – a scuffle has ensued, resulting
in Harry pinning down Sirius, with his wand inches from Sirius'
deliriously grinning face

Moony's physique – more like a greyhound than a shaggy wolf; arms are
about as long as an orangutang's

Trio back outside the Whomping Willow during a full moon, Ron with an
injured leg - one clip has Harry aiming his wand as if to stop
Pettigrew before he transforms and scatters away; another has the trio
facing a fully transformed werewolf just yards away, with Ron
muttering "Nice doggy..."; yet another has Snape shielding the trio
while Padfoot and Moony charge at each other

The cell in which Sirius sits against the wall, and turns his head
toward the door – not an Azkaban cell but one atop the Dark Tower of
Hogwarts. Harry & Hermione somehow magically blast the door open to
free Sirius.

Trailer during Hollywood Access, 7:24 pm, May 28:

Gryffindor team surrounding Harry at his hospital bed – some of their
faces are painted red & gold, a la Braveheart; perhaps Oliver Wood
will not be among them

Fred & George giving Harry the map - possibly in the clock tower,
where there's a tracking shot up close to the ticking hands and a
forlorn Harry staring through, down at the ground below

-------------------------

From ifilm.com and YahooMovies:

Using the Marauder's Map in a dark hallway full of portraits – by now,
Harry has already used it once for a trip to Hogsmeade, where he first
heard the name Peter Pettigrew. It is unclear what purpose he's using
the map this time, but Peter's name shows up alongside footprints
approaching Harry's position on the map. Harry points his lit wand
frantically around, disturbing a few sleeping portraits, then sees
Peter's name moving away from Harry and Snape's name coming near this
time. Harry quickly says "Mischief managed. Nox." before Snape
appears with his wand lit. He orders Harry to open the parchment,
points with his wand and says "Reveal your secrets," then tells Harry
to read the text. For once, we hear of Messrs. Moony, Wormtail,
Padfoot & Prongs, who collectively write to Snape, telling him to
"keep his abnormally large nose out of other people's business." At
this point, Lupin shows up behind an angry Snape.
Following the end of this clip, Lupin will confiscate the map from
Harry, who, by virtue of screen adaptation, should be curious about
the presence of Peter Pettigrew, long considered dead.
Earlier I read a movie review from someone who read the books, and
she mentioned that the Shrieking Shack scene went way too fast, even
to connect the four nicknames with four past students. I hope that's
not true; it would be most convenient for Harry to realize that his
Patronus has a name.

Lupin reminiscing on Harry's parents, and how Harry may be like them
more than he knows - reflecting a lot on Lupin's friendship not just
with James but with Lily as well. Could this be some inadvertent
foreshadowing of developments from books 6 & 7, as suggested by
Rowling herself?
