In Harry's time at Hogwarts, Astronomy is taught by Aurora Sinistra, and
Arithmancy is taught by Septima Vector. There is no canonical reason
for replacing any of them.
Off-canon, but in JKR's notes, evidently a Professor Babbling taught
Ancient Runes during the Harry at Hogwarts years.
Divination is anyone's guess, as Trelawney was hired after Harry was
born. Make up a name.
As is related in HBP, the DADA position changed annually from the time
Voldemort cursed the position (early fifties) until his demise. Make up
a new name for each year.
