1920: KOHAN KAWAUCHI, creator of “Moonlight Mask” and “Warrior of Love
Rainbowman”, is born in Hakodate, Hokkaido, Japan. He also wrote the
lyrics to the “Rainbowman” songs.
1937: SHOZO UEHARA, writer on "Ultra Q", "Ultraman", "Ultra Seven",
"Operation: Mystery", "Return of Ultraman", "Ultraman Ace", "Ultraman
Taro", "Zone Fighter", "Super Robot: Red Baron", "Inazuman",

1962: HIDEHIKO ISHIZUKA, who played Michihiro Maruo in "20th Century
Boys 1: Beginning of the End", “20th Century Boys 2: The Last Hope”,
and “20th Century Boys 3: Redemption”, is born in Yokohama.
1963: NORVAL D. CRUTCHER III, supervising sound effects editor on
"Ultraman: The Ultimate Hero", is born in Burbank, Calif.
1966: Episode 6 of "Ultra Q", "Grow! Turtle", debuts on Japanese TV.
1967: Episode 32 of "The Space Giants", "Duel at Owaku Valley" a.k.a.
"The Big Shock", debuts on Japanese TV.
1968: NICK ADAMS, who played Dr. James Bowen in "Frankenstein Conquers

apparent drug overdose in Beverly Hills, Calif., at 36.
