Hi All,

Possible Spoilers:

Careful!

Well, in the last two days I've received the scripts for both "The Perfect
Storm" and "O Brother, Where Art Thou?" and I am excited at what's in store for
us. Granted, I don't know if either are the final drafts, but the tidbit of
clips I've seen of both films are in the scripts I have.

TPS was powerful. We have no way of knowing what happened at sea for those men
since there were no survivors, but the tale they tell in the movie is
action-packed and sentiment plays a huge role. I was bawling at the end.

OBWAT is pure Coen Bros. If you like them, it's guaranteed to please. George
has the best dialogue ever. It's cool to know they wrote the part with him in
mind cuz the dialogue will fit him like a glove. If you are familiar with the
Coen Bros., you know that the characters in their films have both a strange way
of phrasing as well as an offbeat dialect. That is the only negative I can
forsee: it will not translate into foreign languages in a way that can be fully
appreciated. One side note: I thought that original info about the movie said
that John Goodman would play his brother, a bible salesman, but Everett doesn't
have a brother in the movie. There is a bible salesman, and I assume that's
the role Goodman will play--but not GC's brother.

Just FYI,
Tammy
