Scott managed his followers.... which allows for certain situational
truths to be said absent any defining underlying principles, putting
one side against the other without reference to the underlying need to
survive in a hostile world.. the principles of sound government which
is the ship of state under which we sail. Scott managed from crisis
and apparent stalemate from which he gated power and influence with
his followers in what, even though he denied it, was mob rule... pure
democracy.
