...Schirm says he originally got 18 months, but the sentence was
suspended... with 2 years probation. Paul is currently trying to get
the whole mess expunged from his record, it WAS only about
bathtub photos of his kids... sheesh!

That is good news.
It is sad nowadays that it is more difficult to make the distinction
between innocence and exploitation.

Two of the biggest problems in child abuse and exploitation prevention are
the paranoid zealot and vindictive ex. One looks for trouble where there is
none and the other invents offenses out of spite. These two kinds of people
do more damage than they're ever held accountable for and make the real work
much more difficult than it should be.
