Hanson-Roberts, James Hardiman, Karno, Mike Kazaleh, Vicky and Pat
Morgan-Keith, and TONS of others all are inside!

All proceeds past print and shipping costs go directly to Michael-Scot
McMurry and Diamond was even nice enough to spotlight the book in their
retailer magazine.
