yeah, i forgot about southern comfort. my dad used to drink that shit.
i got into it one time as a teenager and to this day i can't even look

BTW, I found a reference to trade between the US and Germany up to and
including 1940 despite the US passing laws against trading with *any*
foreign combatants in 1935-37. They can't have been heavily enforced
because Sterling Pharmaceutical and IG Farben were caught running an
aspirin cartel in 1940. I'd be surprised if there wasn't more despite

Yes, I'm well aware of Nazi parties and considerable anti-Semitism in
both the UK and USA. Both had political parties (Moseley's Black Shirts
in the UK, the American Nazi Party in America) and both has significant
anti-Semitic movements through to the end of the 50s.
