Now we are all aware that during the PRMC Hearings in 1985 Sen. Al
Gore
expressed admiration of Mr. Zappa's music. I really believe that this
fact
weighed heavily on Frank's mind for years. Now it's a *medical fact*
that most
human ailments are *stress/worry* related....I believe that all this
concern
began to take its toll on Frank's physical well being. This is
probably also
the REAL reason why Frank stopped the 1988 tour.....he didn't want to
take the
chance that his music would influence any future Al Gores....
prostate cancer
followed......the rest his history........

Food for thought during Fear & Loathing 2010!!!!

Sure there is. Even Sainsbury's own-brand Irish Single Malt is better.
So is Bushmills.

However, for real whisky-drinking pleasure give me Talisker....

A wise old man once said: "There's no such thing as bad whiskey.
There are just some whiskeys that are better than others."

I drunk quality whiskey in Japan several times and last year
I got a 15 year old whiskey called Suntory for my birthday and
it was one the best I ever had. Once in Scotland in a small village
I drunk one that was better. Bye Zapguz

I've heard stories that FZ was beginning to have symptoms (difficulty
urinating) around 1981.

Pat, do you know when he first saw a doctor about it? And when he was first
diagnosed, etc?

Speaking of furrin whisky (or whiskey), Wild Turkey is easily my
favourite American whiskey. I don't really know Japanese brands, though
Suntory seems quite drinkable.

If you want to drink real liquid ordure, try Nepali or Indian whisky. I
have indelible memories of Nepali KAT 29 and White Horse brands.

Surely that depends on how stressed out you get about giving your wife
the clap, her working out how she got it and what she might do after she
works it out?

We know that bringing a dose home didn't stress Frank. In TRFZB he says
he sent her out to get his n' hers courses of pills and that she grumbled
a bit but still went and got 'em.
