article continues. The wording almost caused me to identify it as page 10.

i believe piper was making a funny, referancing the children's song
"old mcdonald" and it's chorus of "EIEIO". this in response to
charles' ending his message with "TIEIA", which meaning i'm not
totally sure of, but i believe to mean something about "thanks in
advance".

Even I don't know what TIEIA stands for. But it is indeed a Kentish
variant of TIA.
