Does anyone know the exact recording date or broadcast date of Co de
Kloet's 1993 interview with Mark Volman (transcribed at
<http://www.lukpac.org/~handmade/patio/misc/interview2.html>)?

Also, how should I refer to the radio station?

vpro 6-12-1993

somewhere else it says 6-12-96

yellow shark was aired 18/9/92

a hell i don't remember

I'm guessing that it was played on 6-12-93, See also following comment
on web page -
[TAL: That's Mark alright, with Co de Kloet, in the Fall of 1993. It
was part of the FZ Memorial program, Supplement, December 93. You can
find lots of audio from these interviews over at Co's website,
www.nps.nl/4fm.]
but not recorded on that date, since there are no 'I miss Frank'
comments one would expect.

the host of the memorial show says:

first interview was made in '90 NYC with mark and howie,

second interview(the one about PlaygrPsyc) was made "two months ago" in
sproutin wings LA,...so that would be oktober '93

So was "Supplement" not the title of Co de Kloet's program? Or was this
interview broadcast on a different program?

Do you feel that it's necessary to cite both the station and the
broadcaster? If not, which one should I cite?

It was indeed. I remembered the explanation of the situation, but not
the advice about what to cite. Looking back, I see that Desaab
recommended citing both the broadcaster and the station, as you have.

Supplement was indeed another program title. Co de Kloet made many
different programs over the years with one thing in common, a lot of
attention for all things Zappa.
