There is a set list of the 1981 Halloween - Palladium shows; that indicates
that Chunga's Revenge started the early show.

I see on Roman's outstanding site that the video of this performance has
been played at the ZPZ shows.

http://globalia.net/donlope/fz/videography/ZPZ.html

I don't see where it was on either of the MTV broadcasts nor is it on the
Torture Never Stops video.

Can someone confirm that this has been shown at the ZPZ shows?

Does anyone know if the A Token Of His Extreme KCET video from 1974 is
supposed to be officially released?

It was the opening number at the early show. The soundboard recording
begins with the end of Chunga's Revenge.

Thanks Charles.

I thought it curious that Dweez is playing a video no one has seen. If he
thinks the quality is good enough to broadcast at a ZPZ show, then; Why
wasn't it one of the bonus tracks on the Torture Never Stops, DVD?

Did I mention I love Chunga's Revenge.

IIRC, the DVD is from the first ZPZ tour and Chunga's was played on the
second ZPZ tour.

The US tour represented on the DVD was their second tour overall, I
believe, and the "Chunga's Revenge" video was, I'm pretty certain, used
on this tour, but not at all shows (I saw the tour here in Ohio, and the
video wasn't used, but they used a bunch of video on the tour with Ray
White the following year.)

I am talking about the film footage of Chunga's Revenge as performed by
Frank in 1981, and the Torture Never Stops DVD from the same night with
Frank in a jumpsuit. I wasn't talking at all about the ZPZ DVD.

Sorry, a sub-standard educational system must have messed up my mind, making
it difficult for me to compose a coherent post on use-net.

Thanks for dashing my hopes that I might catch a glimpse on the ZPZ DVD, you
saved me the trouble of pursuing that avenue.

Maybe the tape was damaged and the bass and drum tracks fell off.

In email exchanges with Joe the Vaultmeister, he noted TTNS DVD was
essentially released as FZ had produced the release plus a few extras.
Joe said there were plans for a future (23rd century?) expanded
release with HD, surround sound, and complete shows.

Sure it will. It will be a double pack, released along with the Roxy show.

Don't hold your breath.
