I haven't seen it, but anything that makes its "world premiere" in San
Luis Obispo can't be very, er, promising, in spite of what the local
newspaper says. It's kinda the middle of nowhere--very pretty place, but
not where producers would test a musical's Broadway potential.

San Luis Obispo isn't exactly a great draw for those who might "take it
on" and tweak it. Well, Bernie could stop by, I suppose, SLO being not all
that far from where ever it is in/near Santa Ynez he lives. Still, the
movers 'n shakers of the theatre world won't be seated next to him.
