Revisiting FFE (questions)

So, I've been playing FFE on and off for the last 15 years or so (the last 3 years have been 'off') and decided to dust off my old commander when I d/l the Russian version of FFED3D. Since I've achieved an elite rating of 'ELITE' and done everything else in the game several times over, my focus has been to just advance in rank. Right now, I'm an Elite Imperial Count (no Fed ranking) and I'm wondering if anyone knows how many missions I have to complete before I'm promoted to Earl. Then how many to Marquis ect?

I have been doing the most difficult missions, accepting all of them at once that I can complete in the required time frame, but it has been slow going (though not as bad as it was advancing my elite status). Anyway, I appreciate any information anyone can provide on this subject.

Also, can someone advise me on what medals are obtained by completing the Fed military missions? Since I'm IMP only, I obviously only see the medals I earned through campaigns with them.
