with a few ideas, and it does look like we can get a good place for 22
people near Tiverton (in Devon) that would cost, assuming we filled it,
about £60 per person for 3 nights of fun. What I need now is messages of
support. Can you come? Do you want to come?
This is an open call, anyone who wants to come can. Please spread the
word to those I might not be able to reach. I will reveal more details
once I'm sure that we can get enough people to fill this place.

Yes, I'd like another tEC and don't have any plans for November at the
moment so should be able to make it.

sizes. Twin rooms will be allocated on a fair basis, in that I'm getting
one and the rest of you can fight over what's left.

They *might* be me and a Ford Galaxy people carrier going from Norwich
(which would almost have to go through Cambridge) and other home

Yeah, I can probably just about afford a return flight to Melbourne from
Rocky now that Tiger flies direct and it's far enough away that there are

I think it was, and it failed. Had there been an editor willing to tell
him that the middle third of the book was somewhat repetitive, that
the characters were largely one dimensional, and that he should go away
and rewrite large chunks of it, I think it could have been a really good
book. Unfortunately, having written series for so long, he's long since
forgotten how to do anything in under 1500 pages.
