Heeeeyyy my winged and scaly comrades.
I've been elsewhere on the internet, but I thought I'd stop by and
show off the results of the blizzard that hit my place. Or rather,
what I did about it.

There's a dragon sculpture in there, if that gets you more
interested. ;p

Heyz! I'm quite young myself, but it's good to meet (and greet) the
elders!

Anyway, I can't quite appreciate the effort gone into those
sculptures, living in a furnace, but they're quite good, in fact
they're... cool. (Betcha saw that one coming.)

Oh, I'm also on LJ myself. /random

Me, an elder? It's only been... what? Five... six.... maybe seven
years? I guess that is a rather long time. o_O
I remember when I was the daunted little fledgling introducing myself
to the Alfandria elders...

Oh well, nice to meetcha. As to the snow, Oklahoma rarely gets much
either. This year's blizzard dropped more than the state's had in
decades. More than I've ever seen.
So of course I had to do something fancy with it.

.....that's a blizzard....? Wow, you must not get much snow, ever..... In
Calgary, it's not a blizzard unless you get 10" or more in the first 5
minutes; any less than that and it's just a typical winter weather
front.....

In some newsreaders, you can select a post and, if you're the owner, delete
it, which sends out a Cancel command to the servers. However, not all
newsreaders do (and I don't think Google Groups allows it), and not all
servers will understand or obey a Cancel command..... As for editing, no,
once it's posted, it's like email, you never get it back (unless you
disconnect your computer before it actually sends anything).

It's frickin' Oklahoma. We're usually lucky to get two inches of snow,
once a year...
This time, we had 50mph winds and snow falling for a night and a day.
That counts as quite a thrilling blizzard here. :p

Well, so long as you had fun in it (or after it)..... The major problem
with snow in Calgary is that, even though they drive in it 12 months of
the year (yes, we've had snow in all 12 months), they still don't know
how to drive in it.....

Hey, Dreamseeker, good to hear from you :)
I like the sculpture. We haven't yet had any snow where I am, even
though it's winter.

Still waiting for that kind of snow out here in Philadelphia. Hoping I
get a chance to do something with it!

Cute! It is revealing how much detail you put into the dragon compared
to the rest. :-)
