Well, I'm practicing walking on all fours and my dragon form can be

If your dragon form can utilize a bipedal gait and a quadrupedal gait,
then yes. Also, :\ at my misspelling of "quadruped" earlier. Fix'd.

I don't think practice will help the fundamental problem that your legs
are too much longer than your arms and your neck isn't designed for it.
Good luck anyway though.

The leg thing isn't much of a problem. Rabbits and frogs have long
legs too. The neck part though, yes, that is the hard part.

Might I also point out that human legs are backwards.. your knee folds
the wrong direction, so walking/sitting can't be done like a quadruped
would. Also human legs have very differently designed knees/ankles/hips,
they don't operate the same way nor fold the same way which really
sucks. Also as pointed out already the human neck is attacked at a 90
degree angle so that the neutral position is looking forwards when
standing on two legs, on all fours you'd be looking upwards at max just
to barely look forwards. Humans are so weird aren't they?

Not weird, just very poorly designed.

Nothing I couldn't fix in the space of a couple generations.

Not true. Quadruped legs are just proportioned differently than biped
legs. Look at a dog, for example. They have a hip connected through a
thigh to a knee, then a lower leg connected to a heel, then a foot
connected to a toe. All the same joints, in the same directions as a
human's, just the proportions are different.

Yup. The joint that points backward on a dog or cat (or any other
quadrupedal mammal besides pachyderms, as well as most birds) is not the
knee, it's the ankle. They walk on their toes, hence the term
"digitigrade".

Yeah, the link's definitely bad. Last I checked, Youtube video IDs
had 11 characters, not 13. Also, Youtube says it's bad so it must
be. Try the link itself, not what you copied to here.

You added a "3D" to the beginning of the video ID for some reason.

Ah, the wonders of cocked-up quoted-printable. Quoted-printable encodes
most characters as themselves, but some whitespace and unusual
characters get encoded as an equals followed by their hex code.
Obviously equals has to be encoded that way too, as equals-3-D.

Isn't it great how that interacts with key-value pairs in URLs?

In URLs, the hex code equivalent is preceeded by a percent sign (as in %
7E, which equals the tilde (~) symbol..... You can encode almost any
part of the URL in this way, but as it tends to make the URL 3 times
longer, I don't see how that's a benefit.....

That arrangement is a hack. Evolution is too short-range-assessing and
has a too-limited range of moves to improve leg design to retrograde
knees. Kigdatsi are designed, so I have retrograde knees, so the
primary joint of my back legs is retrograde and my hand-capability is
for my back legs almost as much as for my forelegs unlike natural
vertebrates (which either have four hands or have retrograde primary
back leg joints).

I wasn't talking about that. My point was that (Youtube) URLs often
have equals signs in them, and quoted-printable encodes that as
equals-3-D, so failing to decode QP will result in (Youtube) URLs that
look plausible but are actually wrong, as happened earlier in this thread.

Also, I already know how URL encoding works.
