Check your bank accounts!!

I just found out tonight that someone has somehow copied my bank card
and made a withdrawal from my account. Luckily, I caught it quickly
enough to limit them to one transaction before I alerted my bank, whi
is already proceeding with a fraud investigation.

But had I not caught it until my next planned withdrawal, which was on
the 23rd, and their system hadn't flagged it as suspicious (about 5
minutes before I called), I could have lost a lot more, and perhaps
even been responsible for the taken money. Be safe, not sorry!!

(Posting from Google Groups, as I'm not at home, and my newsserver
only works on from its own network.)
