Along with the Nikitta and Sophie ones I've also received a Lloyd one and a
Gusty one. I've yet to send any out, perhaps I'll do it on Friday when I have
the day off. Although I should also possibly buy some Christmas presents or
something, perhaps a journey into Edinburgh is required. It taunts me by never
having anything I can find that's suitable.

Since my mum persuaded me, and everyone else who knows her, that she is, in
fact, God.
I am a God fearing person, but unfortunately in this case God has a physical

I got a two l one, so I don't know if I was the slipee or just
someone in the first batch. I like the penguin a lot though!

No, it's just herbal tea (or chai or yogi tea). I don't think it will
taste in Glühwein, but if you're courageous, give it a try.
(Oh, and it's cool to see that the postal system really works. My only
fear is that post-terror transatlantic mail will suspect that tea for
being something else, bioweapons etc.)

normally have, in that if I consume them I won't have them anymore, but if I
don't then I won't ever (and often have left things like chocolate to go bad
since I can't overcome this problem).

The other day I found myself having a theological debate
with Eric. He thinks reincarnation only happens when your
life is over. I had to tell him that for me going from being
an engineer to being an activist was being reincarnated.
I know the change isn't as dramatic as the metamorphasis
of a soda bottle, but for me it was a major change in my life.

As well as the box I distributed last year I have an unopened box
which I intend to keep that way (collectors item and all that, even
though boxes and boxes of them turn up on E-Bay) so I guess I have 24

I don't think it's silly and irrational (because I behaved the same way

Yesterday I went to the KPFA Crafts Fair in SF. I did a
lot of my Christmas shopping, geting such things as
nice soap for my sister, barets for her daughters, and
Merlot jam for my father. That jam has a nice flavor.

A significant percentage of the munchies at Matt Gonzalez's
election night party were marinated and cooked Brussels
sprouts. People would spear them with toothpicks and eat
inbetween peices of beets and potatos that were in other
bowls on the same table. Very yummy, and toothpicks are
much smaller waste when all is said and done than plates
and cutlery!

If you drink it, then you will have in your memory a tea
time experience supplied by Till. It will be a one of a kind
memory, made the more special by knowing it was a

Last evening I browsed in Hitchhiker by M. J. Simpson, a
biography of Douglas Adams at the bookstore I walk by in
downtown Mountain View. The title came from DNAs
time in Europe with "the Hitch Hikers Guide to Europe".
