On the internet, nobody knows you're a jerk.

Another anniversary of the Imus firing. Blond on blond is plenty of
reason to shut the sound down.

It's next week. The ranch is low on my list of places I would
contribute to. Last year they sent "9/11 kids" who were a year or two
old during 9/11. Not that they haven't been affected, but I'm not
contributing money to send healthy kids of millionaires (after 9/11
compensation payments) to have a week's vacation with Imus.

Guess its Fox and Friends for the rest of the week.

I checked out Mike and Mike on ESPN whatever. They were talking
hockey and basketball. No thanks.
Fortunately, iTunes has blues stations. To me, blues is an old
black guy doing his thing in a smoky bar with a drink and cigarette
close at hand.

Take a look at various astronomy lectures at Gresham College, as audio background.

Morison and Barrow are the good ones.

Professor Carolin Crawford alas is an example of women in science. No insight, probably born
of the female inability to sustain an interest long enough to think about it.

This year the radiothon was only for the ranch. It used to be for the
Tomorrow's Childrens Fund, Sudden Infant Death Syndrome research, and
the ranch. Probably the radiothon doesn't make as much money as in the
WFAN days when the entire station participated for a day.
