in wingdings, a pictographic font, it is a pantomime of hand gestures
emoticons, religious symbolism and other symbols, such as Oil or blood drop,
stars of david crosses, maltese crosses flags bombs planes islam, joolly roger
etc...

The only letters *not* in that string are A and T (a 2-fingered
victory sign and a snowflake).

I fail to see anything weird about that.
