For those that are interested, a print of some of the data being received at
the rate of 4Gb a second.

Onomatopoeia
A word that sounds like the sound it sounds like.

In user interface terms, it's known as a 'dashboard'. Mostly, it means
"something is happening". If you look closely, you can tell that some of
the things have not been happening as long as some of the other things,
and it gives a little detail of things that have happened in the past.

Also, if something really important wasn't happening, or something that
it's really important not to happen was happening, it would probably
say those things too, but it doesn't look like any of those things are
happening or not happening.

In order to tell what any of those things are, you're probably going to
need at least a one-page acronym dictionary, and each entry on that is
probably going to require another page of explanation. Kind of like the
awesome hack that the Japanese space agency used to fix the Hayabusa
space probe: basically, they rewired two broken engines to work as one
functioning engine, but the really cool way they did it doesn't make
sense to just about anybody without an additional couple paragraphs of
'how an ion thruster works'. And maybe a diagram.

Oh, so it's blinkenlights.

At least we haven't all been sucked down a microscopic black hole.
Yet.

My somewhat simplistic view is that, if it's coming back through time to
sabotage itself, at some time in the future it must still be going strong.
Yes?

Er, yeah. But you need a Swiss accent, not Frankfurt.

Before I read the commentary link, I'll just note that I can see hints
of the complicated computer scheme they use for data capture -- the
detectors feed some silicon-programmed processors, and then there are
massive computers at Level 1 (hinted at in the dashboard) that
extract stuff to feed to Level 2 which controls what goes to the Level
3 computers where it will get looked at by tools used by the
humans .....
