I tried Google for this, but it was no help. One thing that I hear
chefs talk about is giving food "body". For example, they'll say that
adding tomato paste to a dish gives the dish "body", however, I've
never heard them say, when it comes to food, WHAT body is. So, just
out of curiosity, as it relates to food, what is body?
