Greetings,
I used to be a somewhat regular in alt.fan.bgcrisis a decade or so ago while I had an MSN account. That account is defunct and I lost track. Thanks to the miracle of the Internet and modern social media, I've come across this group again. I'm not sure what time has done to activity in this group and the fandom, but I at least wanted to start off by saying "hello" and seeing if there was anyone here who might remember me. I think I do see some familiar names here, still. I was a big Linna fan. Er...not sure that ever changed!

Anyway, I'll leave it there for now. Cheers.

P.S. - This is my first time using Google Groups...or any sort of forum for about a decade. Go easy on me!

I lurk.

Traffic is down to next to nothing. I think the old guard went
somewhere else to discuss BGC stuff as the wave of new fandom that
infected the newsgroup was stupid and irritating.

But hey, now that you're here, do you think Sylia could have been a
boomer? ;p

Ah, yes! I remember that slice of wonderfulness. My DBC is actually a short chair roll and arm's length away from my desk.

I can picture that. Makes sense. I may end up lurking once again, myself. Time will tell.

I figured as much, Craig. It has been quite a few years, after all. Still nice to know that some familiar folks are still here.

Of course not - boomers are _male_ kangaroos.

(Still here, mainly lurking...)

I...LOVE...the fact that I actually understand this and remember that piece. Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant. Now, where can I find it again?
