Mayflower Concert "Ad"

I was looking at this ad graphic:

... which was created for his shows during the BMIFC convention in 2009. The
note posted with it said he was creating a "segment" of songs from "Here At
The Mayflower," although the ad sorta makes it appear to be a live concert of
the entire album, and nothiing else.

But if you leave out the words "LIVE IN CONCERT" the graphic looks like it
could be a poster for a Broadway show. When the album was released, and
people first listened to it, so many said it could be made into a Broadway
musical with its many stories in the apartment building. I guess there's no
hope of that ever happening. But when I came across that graphic today
(which has no date on it), and before I realized it was linked to the old
convention news, for a moment I thought, "Wow! He's finally done it!"
