GOOD News!! All 18,000 Same-Sex Couples Married
in California will CONTINUE to be 100% MARRIED!!
TUFF LUCK for the hateful BIGOTS who wanted that reversed!
They LOST on that, BIG-time! Permanently!!
Couldn't have happened to a more deserving batch of LOUSES!
MEANWHILE... the decision to uphold Proposition Hate's ban
on same-sex marriage might turn out to be the precedent that
ultimately will hand FINAL DEFEAT to the RRR and LDS Cults!
And ultimate VICTORY to human rights!!
Here's why --
IF the court had ruled against Proposition Hate, then this would
call the validity of ALL future referenda in California into question.
No one would know whether or not their votes would count a few
months later, each time they went to the polls.
THIS ruling has set the precedent for consistently UPHOLDING
the majority vote on referenda.
There's no law (apparently) against spewing LYING PROPA-
GANDA and specious scare tactics out over the airwaves. And
if that had NOT been done by the cults (to the tune of $70M),
but the hard-core bigots CANNOT count on the lower-intellect
voters in California falling for such hate-swill and *tripe* TWICE!
And GUESS WHAT? Same-sex marriage now will AGAIN be on
the ballot in California -- SOON. Possibly even next year! And
the way the TREND has been going... this NEXT time, the egali-
tarians will WIN!
And that will be the beginning of the absolute END of the RRR
Cult. And a permanent weakening of the thereafter-impotent
and discredited LDS Cult.
So as backhanded as this ruling may have seemed on the
surface -- it just did a HUGE FAVOR to same-sex marriage, and the
future ENHANCEMENT and strengthening of personal liberties in
America.
