Hi Jerry!
Yea, I also wondered about this. So i ask him myself when I meet him and Hoagland early
in this summer.
He told me this (as I remember it):
The Angtrom price has a very old orign and it was delivered by some people at the
University of Uppsala. However just before Hoagland recive his price, Jonas Angstrom (
and some people that he select) had take over the control over the Angstrom price.
It is supposed that the selection of the price-winner are meant to be a democratic chois
between these gentlemen, but I think Jonas has a heavy vote in this case.
Jonas personaly, i understand, is very interest in subjekt like teknologic ancient
culture and of course in the question of monument on Mars.
However, the reason for reciving the price was Hoaglands teories of interdimensionary
forces.
(sorry for my spelling)

I hope Hoaxland will answer some questions on the AB show. I hope
I hit the MegaBucks jackpot at Harrah's too.

"The silver and the copper don't
tarnish," said one of the museum's
attendents. (Speaking about an alleged
UFO artifact that is setting in the
Roswell jail for "security" reasons.
The "museum" is the "International (UFO)
Museum" in Roswell, NV.)  More extensive
testing of the object is planned. More
extensive marketing of it is assured.

....The truth for now is that the only
tangible ET materials available to
visitors are entirely of this world
and located in the gift shop.
