I listen to the Stern show and theres a alt.Binaries group where people
actually post the entire show daily as well as best-of clips ect.. Its legal
to do and could be an option in the future for you Bell fans

How can it be legal, as you claim, is this different than posting a copy of
a video or DVD? Posting someone's copyrighted material without permission
is obviously illegal.

Actually its very easy for the users anyway. You just need a kind soul's' to
tape the show on theyre computer or whatever and then stick on the group in 2
or more parts in like 24 bit mono so the rate of download is basically as fast
as listening.
