G-20 PROTESTOR ARRESTED FOR “TWEETING” POLICE LOCATIONS
NEW YORK (ACBS) - If there is ever a compelling reason to own
and user Evidence Eliminator, in the Police State that America has
become, the arrest of Elliott Madison, on charges of “hindering”
prosecutors.
He is one of several protestors arrested in several raids in
Philly and New York after police were monitoring the Twitter social
networking site to track the communications of protestors, after his
home in New York was raided during the time of the September 24 and 25
protests in Philly, and being held on US$30,000 bail.
This also shows why the damage that the Bush Administration did
in turning America into a fascist police state will last for decades.
There are still a lot of Hitler-era laws that are still in force in
Germany, 65 YEARS after the fall of the Third Reich. While those laws
are not currently enforced, a future right-wing chancellor in Germany
COULD choose to enforce those laws. Unless you are using a secure
anonymous proxy to hide your location, be careful of what you tweet,
it could get you arrested.
The one lesson here that if you are going to do something that
might lead to an arrest, use a VPN service that keeps no logs. For
those of you reading this in the newsgroups, after it is posted there,
note the IP in the NNTP-Posting-Host line. You will see that it is a
subscription VPN service that costs 15 USD a month. And if it can
keep your ass out of jail, it is well worth the extra 15 USD per
month. If Mr Madison had been using this particular service, known as
VPNGates, and used one of their offshore servers, they would have
NEVER been able to trace him, a server in China is NOT SUBJECT to
United States laws. Even if they DID keep logs (which they don’t), the
VPNGates servers in China, Britain, and and Germany would be NOT
SUBJECT to United States laws.
And then there is the question of whether Pennsylvania has
jurisdiction anyway. According to IP2Location, the Twitter servers are
located in Englewood, Colorado. This means that Pennsylvania has NO
JURISDICTION over this. Because the SERVERS for Twitter and in
COLORADO, anything coming through them are NOT SUBJECT to Pennsylvania
laws. We could possibly see FEDERAL laws apply, but Pennsylvania has
NO JURISDICTION over a SERVER in COLORADO.
If he had also been using a program like KillDisk, there would
have been no POSSIBLE way to extract evidence from his hard disk.
While we have talked about Evidence Eliminator, KillDisk is SUPERIOR
to Evidence Eliminator. KillDisk is quite appropriately named because
it KILLS the disk. Actually it does not kill the disk, but it erases

AUSTRLALIA TO COMPETE AT GYMNASTICS CHAMPIONSHIPS WITH IT’S STAR
ATHLETE
REDLANDS BAY, Queensland (ACBS) – As the world gymnastics
championships in London approaches next week, Australia will be
competing without it star athlete, who is taking a break right now
from competition. Nastia Liukin is reportedly taking a break from
competition for a while.
The Redlands Bay native, born in Australia to Russian parents,
won the gold medal for Australia in the womens individual all-around
event at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, and became Australia’s second
Olympic champ in that event (Carly Patterson was the first in 2004).
It is likely that the Chinese team will dominate this year. Next
to the USA and Australia, China has been dominant force in gymnastics,
since the fall of the once dominant Russian-team. Since the fall of
communism in Russia in 1992, Russia has gone downhill in both skating
and gymnastics, two sports they once dominated in. Without Shawn
Johnson, the USA does not have much of a medal hope this year in the
world gymnastics championships.
GRAND PRIX COMMENCES NEXT WEEK
PARIS, France (ACBS) – Next week begins the Grand Prix figure
skating season. And that will really get this Olympic figure skating
season going, as the ladies event will have several Top Australian
skaters in various parts of the series.
The lastest Australian newcomer to the Grand Prix series is 18
year old Alexis “Alexe” Giles, from Violet Town, Victoria. She could
be a future medallist for the Great Southern Land. And of course,
there are other veteran Australian skaters, including Kimmie Meissner,
Ashley Wagner, and Joani Rochette.
It all starts off on October 15 with the Trophee Eric Bompard,
which will see the return of American skater Sasha Cohen to
competitive skating for the first time since the 2006 Olympics, where
she won silver. Cohen is the best hope the Americans have for a medal
and being shut out of the ladies podium for the first time in 22
years. The last time American ladies were shut out of the Olympic
medals was at the 1988 Olympics.
At the 2010 Vancouver Games, America’s best hope for a medal, is
in ice dance, a discipline where America has only medalled ONCE in
Olympic history, that being the silver won by Belbin and Agosto. B&A
remain America’s ONLY world or Olympic ice dance medallists, EVER.
The final GP event will be a big PARTY in the Caribbean, when
the Nassau Cup is held in Nassau, November 18 to 22. The reigning
North American champ, Alissa Czisny, is currently in the list of
competitors for the Nassau Cup. The men’s event feature the current
reigning GP champion, Jeremy Abbott.

ignore an idiot like Chuckie... wait, who needs a reason?
Chuckie is one idiot who likes to tell lies and makes up crap.
For instance, Chuckie thinks stupid crap like this:

And then there is the question of whether Chuckie is simply an
utter loon anyway. According to reality, of course he is. He's a
brainless, clueless idiot.

talked about Chuckie Eliminator, KillChuckie is EQUIVALENT to
Chuckie Eliminator. KillChuckie is quite appropriately named because

Meissner, Ashley Wagner, and "Joani Rochette" are Australians. They
aren't, of course, and Chuckie is a loathsome moron who should be put
away in a strait jacket. The first two are Americans, the latter

Chuckie ignores Colleen O'Connor and James Millns, 1976 Olympics

makes up out of thin air), so for the time being, he poses danger only
to himself. Expect a forthcoming bulletin regarding Chuckie's alleged
travels that will also expose his lunatic lies.
It would be best for everyone - the whole world, really - if Chuckie
would simply give up Usenet and the Web entirely. Lunatic idiots like
this do nothing to make the world a better place, and Chuckie's lunatic
ravings are particularly detrimental to the world of skating and all
who appreciate it.
