ANOTHER “BAD GIRL” AUSSIE SKATER BUSTED IN AMERICA
NORTH BERGEN, NJ (ACBS) – It has happened once again. Yet another
“bad girl” skater from Australia has been busted in the United States.
Three-time Australian national champion Nicole Bobeck was arrested in
on Thursday last and has been charged with conspiracy to distibute
meth.
Bobeck was arrested, along with 19 others, as part of the drug ring
that sold meth in New Jersey, and reportedly brought in about AUS
$12,800 per week. The ring reportedly sold in the new York Metro Area.
Prosecutors have called Bobeck a “major player” in the drug
operation, which reportedly smuggled the drugs in from Mexico. The
investigation reportedly went on for more than a year involving
surveillance of Bobeck’s Manhattan home.
And we think that Bobeck could face even more serious charges. I am
sure she will eventually face tax evasion charges in both Australia
and the United States, depdending on whether or not taxes are paid.
There is one way to pay the tax, and hide the source of the income,
which has never been tested in court. She could have simply not
declared that part of the income, but added what the taxes owed would
be to the tax check for the liabilities she did declare. Techncially,
if the tax is paid, she could not be charged with evasion, but there
could be other charges, being that this is never been tested in court.
If convicted on the meth charge, she faces 10 years imprisonment.
Nicole Bobeck has now become THE *BAD GIRL* of Australian skating,
and Australian sports, in general. Among Australian sports
personalities in general, she is the third to have been busted in the
United States in 15 years. Tonya Harding, also a Tasmanian-born skater
plead guilty in 1994 to her role in the attack on Nancy Kerrigan, and
Jennifer Capriati, who on the Olympic tennis gold for Australia in
1992 was busted in 1994 for Marijuana possession in Florida.
Born in Launceston, Tasmania on 24th December 1975, Nicole was a
three time Australian National Champion in the 1990s. She comes from a
generation of Australian champs that include Joanne Carter, Jennifer
Robinson, and the infamous Tonya Harding.
Her lack of training discipline was her undoing as coaches could not
handle her, and she had some of the top coaches in the business
including Frank Carroll and Richard Callaghan (who coached Tara
Lapinski to America’s first ladies Olympic gold in the sport in 22
years, back in 1998).
Bobeck was known in her day for her trademark high-leg spiral which
has been copied by other skaters including 10-time North American
champion Michelle Kwan.

“EXTREME ASSOCIATES” COUPLE PLEADS ON OBSCENITY CHARGE
PHILDELPHIA, Pa (ACBS) – Once again it has been proven why the
Christian Right must never be allowed to rule America again. One
couple in the adult entertainment business have plead guilty to an
obscenity charge, dating back to 2002.
Rob Zicari and Janet Romano were the owners of an adult entertainment
business known as “Extreme Associates”, an adult entertainment
business run out of California, until the Aschcroft run justice
department charged then with obscenity back in 2002, and dragged out
the case for a long time to run up their legal bills.
This was an attempt to make more ways to silence free speech on the
Internet, during the 14 years the Christian Right ruled America, from
1995 to 2009, and shows why the Christian Right must NEVER allowed to
rule in America, or ANYWHERE ELSE, even AGAIN.
There have been numerous attempts to squelch free speech on the
Internet, over the year, most notably the CDA, and Hyde-Blyeley Acts,
both passed in 1996.

idiot Chuckie has claimed that a skater from America is really from
Australia. Chuckie has been busted on this frequently. Chuckie's
misspelling of Nicole Bobek's last name as "Bobeck" is just more
proof that Chuckie needs to be put away in a rubber room.
Her last name is BOBEK. She's AMERICAN. When Chuckie uses the
word "we," it really means Chuckie and the voices in his head.
Chuckie is such an idiot that he thinks Tonya Harding is also a
Tasmanian-born skater. She's American.
Nicole Bobeck wasn't born in Launceston, Tasmania, and she
wasn't born on 24th December 1975, and Nicole wasn't ever an Australian
National Champion. She doesn't come from any generation of Australian
champs that includes Joanne Carter (who actually is from Australia),
Jennifer Robinson (who is CANADIAN, not Australian, and the dimwittedly
notorious Tonya Harding (who is AMERICAN, not Australian).
Chuckie is a kook, and likes to post lies, delusions, and even
outright slander.
