Think Tank definition and Ra Energy Fdn. intro:
"Many solutions are arrived at through the think tank process of
studying problems based upon no prejudices, undisciplined
conversations(postings) and asking for continuous ideas from all who
participate: none is to be objected(or ridiculed); none is to be omitted ;
all is to be assimilated ; all is to be studied carefully. Then in the think
tank's follow up meetings, ideas are formulated, products are conceived and
production and distribution plans are made."

As we point out in our web site (URL in sig) we are a group of artists
as well as scientists, builders etc.. Our premise was to find the lowest
common denominator solutions to life support strategies. When we found what
we thought was the best way to approach something or the best way to do it
with the most from the least etc. we simply proceeded to find the
solutions to make the synergy work. Granted some of the pieces are not
complete yet, ergo the Internet. Using the Internet as the think tank we can
get the solutions to these problems as well as create entrepreneurs who can
benefit from the efforts. This creates millions of entrepreneurs rather than
a handful of stockholders or the third party ownership of the means of
production ie. even William Bennet realizes this as a problem.

As builders and contractors(my day time job
<http://www.igc.apc.org/raenergy/bio.html>) we got fifty years to really
figure out what fuels a city and what makes it tick. Build em and then dig
them up and see what works. We have learnt about the gas works and how
we will deploy Hydrogen, by building subdivisions and digging up city
streets to repair the works of the past.

This is our attitude towards a think tank session.
This is a quote from our book OM1(The owners manual), by a tool crib
engineer that worked on the Corsair in the forties and the Saturn five and
the moon shot. Both projects had the same thing in common ie. the think
tank method of solving problems they developed. They got together and
dreamt up the beveled the wings to raise the nose to allow a larger
propeller in the Corsair and they figured out how to weld the Saturn five
30 by 90-100 ft. ? outer tanks in titanium.
This quote from the book was part of our out reach program and part of his
lecture we gave the school kids in California in the seventies. We also
have it on video.

from our Folksay days to the early seventies for our Ra Energy Fdn.
