Yikes.

I've always been struck by the lack of actual heat measurements. It's
not so hard to do, particularly with water.

I've read some of the science on LENR and it seems plausible, but
Rossi's claim seems unsubstantiated, at best.

This guy is ridiculous. He strongly supports Widom-Larsen-Theory as an explanation for LENR (?). Rossis claims are in contradicition to W-L, that's one of the reasons Krivit hates Rossi. Some say, Krivit is paid by the Nuclear Power Lobby...
