A few possibilities that come to mind:
- California State University, Dominguez Hills MA/Humanities (Art).
Cheap, regionally accredited, and allows a creative project in
lieu of a thesis. (http://www.csudh.edu/hux)
- Numerous MFA/Writing programs, including Goddard (http://www.goddard.edu),
Antioch (http://www.antioch.edu), and Hamline
(http://www.hamline.edu). All three listed here are regionally
accredited, and there are more where those came from.
- Edith Cowan University (http://www.ecu.edu.au) has allegedly marvelous
graduate-level programs in fine art available to nonresident students.
Meets generally accepted accrediting practices via Act of Parliament.
Good luck!
Peace,

Eric, I'm not sure if you mean grad courses or what? This may sound
hokey, but it is true. You know the Famous Artist School? Yeah, the one
on the matchboxes. Anyway, those courses are evaluated by the American
Council on Education. Charter Oak State College awards up to eight
hours undegrad for these.
Famous Artists School - Westport, CT
Drawing and Painting I 2 credits
Drawing and Painting II 2 credits
Commercial Art, Illustration and Design I 2 credits
Commercial Art, Illustration and Design II 2 credits
If you don't believe me, check it out.

Charter Oak is the External Degree School for the State of Connecticut.
They are regionally accreditted by the New England Association of
Colleges and Schools. Why don't you contact COSC at in...@mail.cosc.edu
and see if they can't work something out between you and your school.
Hell, it might work. I've heard stranger things, and those Charter Oak
people are the greatest.
