Looks to me like they do have a clue, but they don't have good command
of the English Language where it applies to business and advertising.
I read their site and what they are is another Far East Indian company
trying to get your business, but in the wrong forum.  All their
techno-babble amounts to this:  "We can design business software for a
variety of applicatinos and solutions with experience in a wide range
of disciplines".  Odds are whoever wrote that posted it to any forum
that had key words applicable to their business.  Now, that being said,
I would advise everyone in America doing business that requires those
types of services to keep it inside the US.  This is exactly the type
of work I do in addition to hardware developement anad manufacturing,
with clients such  as DoD, DoE, Motorola, Kaiser, NASA, etc..  Hire an
American Engineer if you want it done right the first time.  Over a
projects lifespan, we'll cost you less and do it faster.  We also won't
advertise in your forum inappropriately. :)
