[News] Cancelled animated series artwork

Animated Doctor Who part of the Neverweres

Bleeding Cool notes that Dan Norton (DC, Wildstorm comics,
Thundercats) posted some preliminary artwork on his deviantART
page from a never produced 'Doctor Who' animated series he
worked on. "We were so close... End of the day, BBC didnšt
want anything to distract from production of the TV show".
This wouldn't be the first time the Doctor flirted with an
animated series. In the 1980s Nelvana worked on a version as
well.

There's also some black-white Doctor Who sketches down the side.
The BBC of course has already had an animated series of webisodes and the
David Tennant animated special.
