Trapped once again in the Time Lock, Rassillon was continuing his hobby
of overblown narration.
"And so," he declaimed, "the Time Lords - and the Master - were defeated.
But still left unrevealed was the fate of the Master's TARDIS, which had
disappeared some time before the Time War. In fact, it lay in Perivale,
abandoned and dormant.
"Little did the Doctor know that, while on Earth in the seventies, the
Master had a child with a human. A child who was half-Time Lord. No,
really.
"And when this child reached teenaged years, he felt the pull of his
father's TARDIS, and he sought it out. And the TARDIS recognised him, and
it activated.
"And thus Bobby Thascales claimed the TARDIS. For he was the son of the
Master. And this ... was the Master's Son Inheritance."
Not for the first time, the other Time Lords wondered who he was talking
to.
