Few things disgust me as much as
seeing the Emmy's cancelled twice (poor babies!) back in 2001 and then when
it finally
does happen, it's a morose attempt at some kind of pathetic "tribute" or
something to the courage of entertainers for going on with the show (as
if a single one of THEM is more targeted than anyone of us in the rest of
America), and they have 300 armed National Guards protecting them (as if
the NG doesn't have anything better to do with their time), and half
of the presenters phone in their appearance by satellite dish from the
opposite coast because their too wimpy to fly. While the rest of America
HAS to get back on planes because that's their jobs, and if they don't,
their families won't eat, more or less.And W basically ordered everyone to
go
on with their lives. Guess that doesn't apply to the bunch of overpaid
sniveling losers in Hollywood, that's all they are.
