Jct: The New Brunswick Court of Appeal dismissed Todd
LeClair's appeal with no reasons.
His doctor signed his exemption before he was busted, like
Rob McCrady, but the Crown says that Hitzig 170 does not do
what it says.
All the errors below are sustained with no reasons. So it
