	My first exposure to drugs came while I was on an exchange program
in Pakistan.  There was lots of hash around, more or less for free.  No
one would *sell* us any, but they just loved to smoke us up and send us on
our ways with a gram or three in our pockets.  :-)
	When I returned to Canada, I couldn't believe a) how expensive the
stuff was, and b) how much less potent it was.
	I have heard that hash entering north america gets cut with
something along the way.  I can't imagine how one would go about cutting a
huge block of hash, but I guess someone has figured out how.  Either that
or the transit time weakens it.  In any case, in general, north american
hash is pretty low grade, though, like any generalizations, there are
exceptions.
	One must also keep in mind the phenomenol successes in breeding that  
has been going on with pot in the past few years.  The THC levels in high
grade buds are getting crazy!  Even the Pakistani hash I smoked couldn't
come close, especially in the visuals dept.
	That'll be 2 cents, please!
