Subject: What is the answer as
The Australian Government reported that recent "analysis by Access
Economics estimates that spending on illegal drugs in Australia
amounts to $7 Billion per year, Seventy per cent of the spending on
illegal drugs is cannabis" as there has never been a lethal over does
of cannabis record world wide we offer the following for your
consideration.

The Government registers unemployed, invalid pensions, or age
pensioners, one person to cultivate 30 to 40  Cannabis Plants to
produce  5 kilos of heads per year, one person to pack I gram of
cannabis total 5,000, two person to retail 5,000 deals at $20.00 plus
$2.00. Gst.

Out of $100,000 sales the grower is paid $20,000, the packer paid $20,
000 and the two  retailer also $20,000 each per year, instead of
welfare payments, leaving $20,000 left over as tax revue, If we class
this as  "1 Unit" employing four people current receiving welfare
payments, currently around $13,000 per person, Total $52,000. per year
in Australia, also  resulting in these four employers persons being
$7,000 better off.

If there were 10 units operating this would save the Australian
Government around $520,000 per Year,  in welfare payments, plus a
windfall $200,000 in tax, plus $10,000 in GST.

I ask How many Units would be required to equal Seventy per cent of
the $7 Billion spent he spending on illegal drugs in Australian,

How many unemployed persons would this system employ ?
How much money would the Government save in welfare payments ?
How much extra tax would be raised

Hoping You can Help with the answers.
Ps I have no idea how many Zero's are in a billion

I add this

196,000 Pensioners/unempolyed each receive $20,000 per year being some
$7,000
more then the $13,000  (Pension and welfare payments estimated overall
at $250.00 per week) This saving the Government in pensions and
welfare payments of $254,800,000 per year, I think?
