Dave Sharp had a chance to get on the CIA payroll, but like the
Great American Hero he was, he turned down the bribe and
exposed the evildoer in our Jewish underground government.

The way the spooks find out personal information about a usenet
poster is by tapping their phone. You can find out a lot about a
person
by listening in on all their phone conversations. They slip this
personal info into the fake "discussions" in the newsgroup. If that
fails to silence the poster, they intimidate the ISP into revoking his
account. They have other tricks to attack free-speech, but, I
digress...

This morning I received the following anonymous e-mail warning
me to be careful of certain on-line spooks:

"Yeah, I told you that McPhillips and the gang were going to try
to use scorched earth tactics on you. I see now from a hint
dropped by Rosalie that some of them are complaining to TOS
at AOL to try to get your account terminated. Also, other
cryptic little tidbits are being dropped suggesting that they
are digging into your personal life hoping to find something
to embarrass you. It's pretty obvious that this stuff is a
cooperative effort as first one of them and then another drops
a hint. They will try to shake you by mentioning things that
you will know that they couldn't have gotten without using
some inside source. And if that doesn't work, my bet is that
they will start mentioning names, and maybe even some personal
info, about members of your family. Most people would get a
bit anxious about the possibility of their family being harassed.

These are not nice people. As a matter of fact I feel pretty
certain that at least some of them are 'dirty', and I'm not
referring to how frequently they take a bath. For what it's
worth, sources tell me that Heizer has been associated with the
CIA all of his adult life. The story on his close buddy
JQP (Michael Osmalov) is a bit more murky, but he's not doing
what he is (20,000 posts through multiple ISP's) entirely on
his own. Who does he work for? I'm not sure, but I'll bet that
Ray Heizer could tell you. Watch your step, they are GOING to
be gunning for you!"

Perhaps Ray Heizer merely borrows Michael Osmalov's fictitious
JQP character from time to time. In my opinion, it is likely
that the CIA has a small team of paid workers who post things
under the fictitious name of JQP and others; however, Michael
Osmalov is likely the primary manager of the JQP account with
lots of help from CIA veteran Ray Heizer.

The following private e-mail from Ray Heizer is beginning to make
more and more sense. No wonder Heizer offered me a bribe.
I had evidently stumbled onto a major CIA operation to infiltrate,
monitor and control the Internet.
