Two dreams about an ex girlfriend

Some days ago I dreamt two dreams, both of them with an ex girlfriend of
mine (with which I had a complicated relation) having an important role.
Here they go:

1) I was aboard a ship in the raging sea. I was in charge of it. I have a
vision of the past: I see my ex girlfriend, fat and ugly (she has always
been very beautiful) among the furious waves. She progressively mutates
into the beautiful girl she has always been. At the end of this process,
she is aboard the ship too, and is glowing with beauty and the people
aboard the ship are praising her.
After this, I park the ship outside the gate of my home. I open it and go
inside. I close it, and before it closes completely, a motorized crane
which is parked outside sneaks it's crane inside and cut off a branch
from a tree, bringing it outside. This happens while the gate is closing.
When the crane is done, the gate completes it's closing process.

2) This is a fragment of a much wider dream which I have sadly forgotten.
Me and my ex are in my bedroom. We are embracing each other, she tells me
that it's been a long time since we met each other and reunited with each
other as lovers. She also thanked me for going to watch her at a theatre
while she was pregnant (!). The child wasn't mine.
The rest of the dream was pretty bizarre and I remember a dog possessed
by Satan causing wreck in the world, but nothing else.
