Lucy Gillis offers a selection from the Lucid Dream Exchange this month on
sounds in dreams. This month's excerpt is a description of some musical lucid
dreams experienced by Ralf Penderak.
Linda Lane Magallón explores the classic REM theories to find the best
conditions for you to get in some good sleep and dreaming. Be sure to read "How
Are You Sleeping?" and get a good night's rest.
Tony Elliott has been plagued by many nightmares over the last few years and
turned the experience into a story. In "To Spin A Twisted Tale" Tony shares a
piece of this story in poetic form.
How can dreams and dreaming contribute to world peace? Jean Campbell summaries
a year of experimentation by a group that meets regularly on the worlddreams
discussion list. Be sure to read "A Report On The World Dreams Peace Bridge"
and join in the effort to bring peace to all humankind.
For decades Ed Kellogg, Ph.D. as been researching alternative dream modalities
and bringing the dream community up to date on advanced theoretical studies in
these areas. In "Virtual Reality Dreaming: Wave of the Future?" Ed explores
what impact the cultural saturation of VR may have on our dreaming life through
a lucid dream he had that was about simulated reality.
