I think we all live under pressure,
anyway, ..
That's the part that made me react so loudly already.
Even this shall pass.
Now it seems clearer,
There is a way to restore peace in my heart.
inner peace is a nice thing to practice.
I just realized how much good meditation helps.
Otherwise a certain sense of humor should be moderated.
Fresh air and exercise is also an excellent.
That's my best thinking to restore.

I don't particularly ascribe to either "side". Like all things, there
are at least two parts to perfect balance, and the little bit of black
