Well, "Wayne", DNBuy.com is an Enom registration reseller, not a registrar.
As such, anything they can offer you is indistinguishable from innumerable
other Enom resellers. It is run by a guy in Canada named Jim Kerr who has a
habit of posting questions, just like yours, to internet newsgroups, just
like this one, pretending not to be himself. He never has anything to say
other than to plug his business, and he becomes offended when others grow
tired of him doing it.
Of course, "Wayne", you could do a whois on dnbuy.com to answer your own
question, or you could note that the area code on the fax number given on
the contact page corresponds to Ontario. But that would defeat the purpose,
now wouldn't it?
